Season's beatings: BERG's double header is this Saturday, December 13


The perfect pre-holiday gift is a ticket to the Big Easy Rollergirls December double-header on Saturday, December 13 at the Human Performance Center at UNO (Elysian Fields and Leon C. Simon)!

The
StoryVillains and Confederacy of Punches will warm up the rink with a high-intensity game at 6 p.m. Then, support your undefeated Crescent Wenches as they host the Tallahassee Rollergirls from Florida at 7 p.m.! Doors at 5:30 p.m.

You can
get tickets in advance online for $10 or grab them at the door for $12. As always, children under 12 get in for only $5. 


Come early - our crash zone fills up quick!


Suplecs will be providing some awesome halftime entertainment between the bouts. They are a raw, heavy rock from New Orleans. They blend the sounds of New Orleans with their own unique style of heavy metal.

Confederacy of Punches Team Party at Finn McCools

The Confederacy of Punches of The Big Easy Rollergirls, voted Favorite
Team from the fans, are having their team party, Saturday, December 6th
from 4PM to 7PM at Finn McCools located at 3701 Banks Street. There will
be calendars and bout tickets for sale. There will also be full-contact musical
chairs, a chance to get your holiday picture taken with the Punches, and
avant-garde raffle prizes. AND it's also Finn McCool's annual tree-trimming party. Bring an ornament to hang on the tree (or buy one from The Punches) and you get a free drink! No cover.

Dublin Park Holiday Cheer!

Come join The Big Easy Rollergirls for some Dublin Park Holiday Cheer! December 6th from 11:00am to 3:00PM located in Dublin Park in the Riverbend (Dublin St. between Maple St. & Hampson St.)

The rollergirls will be their selling calendars and tickets to their December 13th bout. You can also meet some of The New Orleans Fire Fighters and purchase their new Look Hot Calendar

There will also be pet adoptions, photos with Santa, refreshments, face painting and a chance to meet Jack the Wonder Dog and sample his new wine. The Dog Lovers Wine Club is a group that actively promotes the adoption of rescue dogs. Jack, an SPCA rescue dog, had a such a serious case of heartworms that his survival was touch-and-go for a while. "The Wonder Dog" was added to his name when he recovered completely, and he will be honored with his picture on the label of the wine, a California red, offered for tasting at the party.
