Baby Squirt!
Our very own Squirtalicious, 1/2 Pint, has become a Mommy! This is the
second BERG baby for the league (the first being Bruise Springsteen with Mac
last year).

Ilyana Elizabeth (or Baby Squirt, as we like to call her!) was
born on January 22, 2009 at 6:31 in the evening. She weighed in at 7 lbs 6
oz and was 19.5 inches long.
Baby Squirt's very first outing into the world was to a roller derby bout!
At almost three weeks old, Baby Squirt came to the UNO HPC for a little
visit before the Feb. 8 Doubleheader. She was wearing her StoryVillains
colors! "Lil Squirt, 1/4 pint." Mama's Little Girl!
Baby Squirt definitely brought some of the magic her mom has because the
StoryVillains defeated the Tragic City Rollers 153-125.
Of course, the Big Easy Rollergirls hope Baby Squirt grows up to be a roller
derby girl, but her mom and dad would be just fine if she grew up to be a
golfer (that's Squirt's other super duper talent!)
"I'm not sure what she's dreaming about, but everytime she sleeps, she
raises her arms up in what we like to call her 'victory pose!'" says Mama
Squirt. "If her dad has his way, she's dreaming about winning on the LPGA
Tour. He's already started explaining to her how to hold and swing a golf
club!!"

Our many congratulations to the Squirt Household!
