The Big Easy Rollergirls are gearing up for our October 20th bout at Mardi Gras World and we want you to be involved!
We will have a volunteer orientation scheduled a week before the bout on October 13th at 11 AM at Mardi Gras World. At that time, you will meet with our Volunteer Liaison, Fleur d’Lethal, and our bout production manager, Victoria von Doom to do a run through of volunteer duties, and get your assignment, schedule and volunteer shirt.
Volunteer duties include, but are not limited to the following: track assembly, ticket takers, handing out programs, directing foot-traffic, assisting with security, verifying VIP seating, and general clean-up.
REQUIREMENTS: Be reliable and on time, attend the volunteer orientation, and have a "Viva La Derby" attitude!
In exchange for your awesome derby spirit, you will be able to see part of the action on bout day, get to meet the Rollergirls, and receive a free volunteer shirt.
