Hope that ya'll made it out this weekend for the 610 Stompers' Debutante Ball, or the Pussyfooters Blush Ball. How can you go wrong with either? Both the ladies sparkling in pink or the men in golden tennis shoes scream NOLA!
How are we? Sore. The skaters of BERG are looking good. No really- Sadist Hawkins plowed through a few blockers at last week's scrimmage, sending them to the outside boundaries of the track like rag dolls. Awesome. LezBionic has been doing P90X in Washington Square Park everyday by memory. Coalminer's Slaughter created a huge slosh pipe during the off season, (...curious?) which we hauled from one side of our training space to the other- after sprinting with an elevator cable, of course. Diet Choke has a bruise on her chin that resembles the Superman logo.
The bottom line? We're training hard. We're stoked for our March 31st season opener, and busy preparing our bodies and minds for a kick ass season.
